The need
A collective of sports photographers needed a simple platform to sell their event photos. Customers had to be able to find their photos easily (by event or bib number) and order them frictionlessly.

The need
A collective of sports photographers needed a platform to sell their race photos. Runners had to be able to find their photos easily — by event or bib number — and order them without friction.
The solution
- →Automatic bib detection by AI (PaddleOCR + Gemini Vision 2.5 Flash fallback) to associate each photo with its runner without manual intervention
- →Account-free search via name + date of birth or bib number, with secure personal link (signed token, valid 30 days)
- →Integrated payment system via Stripe Checkout for quick purchase directly on the platform
- →Dedicated admin interface for organizers (dashboard, event and photo management) with upload to S3 storage
